Hi, I’m Julia Frances an Energy Healer, Intuitive Guide, and founder of The Higher Self Studio and The Higher Self Store. My work is focused on helping women reconnect with their Higher Self, trust their intuition, and create a life that feels calm, aligned, and soul-led.
I believe that when you live from your Higher Self, life get to be easy and your manifestations come with flow. You no longer feel stuck, lost, or disconnected from who you are. Instead, you feel guided, supported, and connected to your path and purpose.
At The Higher Self Studio, I take a holistic and intuitive approach to healing. My work supports you in releasing old stories, patterns, and beliefs that no longer match the life you want to create. As you shift your energy and step into your new self-concept, you begin to feel more aligned with the higher self version of you that has always existed within your soul.
Your purpose isn’t something you have to search for it already lives inside you. My role is simply to help you reconnect with it.
